Stencil, Solder Paste & Printing Defects - Poor
Definition
The main part of the print is satisfactory but the ends of
the paste deposits are deformed. There has been movement of the board or
stencil during separation.
It is felt that the deformation of the print should not cause a problem
after component placement and reflow. However, it is important to eliminate
the cause for future production. Problems normally get worse not better by
themselves.
