	Supporting material After submitting your entry, please email or mail your supporting materials, which should include a product data sheet (MS Word or PDF if emailing) and a 300 dpi image. It is recommended that you Zip all your files into one Zip file. Email supporting material to awards@globalsmt.net or post the materials the address below.

	Entry fee US $ 500 per single entry per category. Each category entered requires a separate entry form. Payment can be made by credit card online after you submit this registration form, or payment can be made via check or money order. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Trafalgar Publications Limited.
